- Based on where you're at - I'll guide you through a tailored process that may contain mindset work, somatics, breathwork, energy / parts work or prompts with custom homework to integrate after the call
- Each call is up to two hours long and replays will be sent out afterwards, so even if you miss the call - you can still tap into the energy!
- There may be guest speakers and workshops throughout the year
