What is your inner child? 

Your inner child is an aspect of you that was created between the ages of 0-7 years old. Because these were the years when your developmental stage was strongest and your brain was like a sponge.

 


As you began to experience life, you witnessed events, conversations, relationships and interactions between people and through each one of them, you took everything that you saw, heard and felt as "the truth". 

The truth about you and everyone else in the world.

The issue with the truth is, its not The Truth. 

... The Truth is, we are all spiritual beings who came here to live a conscious, compassionate and expansive existence with one another.

But along the way we got hurt. Our hearts got broken and we experienced pain, loss, grief and trauma:

Trauma is: too much...too fast... too soon...
when it was out of your control and you had no choice

And when trauma happens, we develop wounded belief systems. And because our beliefs manifest as behavior, we create our reality from a hurt place.

When we don't know or take responsibility for our hurt and heal our inner child

 

It sabotages our relationships:
