Manifest what you want

MANIFESTATION: A thought or idea that came to life. (in short)
 
We are all manifestors; we all have the power to create our lives. You're doing it right now and you've been doing it your whole life.
 
You've created your whole entire life exisitence up into this point, everything you see around you is a part of your creation. We are constantly creating our lives, intentionally or unintentionally.
 
Now, you may be thinking "I didn't create my life, it just is the way it is, all of this happened to me and I can't change that"
 
But let me explain....
 
Every single action you take in life is based on how you FEEL -- and how you FEEL is based on how you're thinking.
 
You've taken action in your life to bring you to where you are today, regardless of life's circumstanes, YOU ultimately made the decision of your direction.
 
So if you're thinking of all the things that could go wrong/worst case scenario/ I don't deserve this -- it's very likely you won't be consciously manifesting the life you WANT, but rather re-creating what you don't want.
 
But, on the flip side -- if you are thinking "I deserve this/ I want my life to be/ I am the creator of my life" You're taking your power back and switching from an unconscious life to becoming a conscious creator.
 
So, how do you switch to that?
 
We need to start inside, where you can start thinking in a way that serves you, allows you to feel great and take action towards your desires to make them your reality.
 
MOST IMPORTANTLY: Learn to observe your thoughts [what's this stuff going on inside my brain?] Understand they're all just thoughts. And thoughts are just sentences in your mind, it doesn't mean it's true.
 
I know it feels true, this is because it's a belief. A belief is just a sentence in your mind that you've been thinking on repeat for so long that it feels like it's true. To you, it's your truth.
 
All of our beliefs tend to stem back to our childhood, or experiences in our lifetime that have contributed to our way of thinking -- because from age 0-7 we were little subconscious sponges absorbing all the information that our parents/teachers/care givers would share with us.
 
Even though they didn't mean to - their beliefs being put into us impacted in a way that we carried throughout of lifetimes.
 
Very often, we need to unlearn what we've learned in order to become who we WANT to be, instead of who we've been told to be.
 
Just because it's felt true, doesn't mean it's a fact. Just because it's happened, doesn't mean it's forever.
 
You can change your story, and change your life.
 
Then you can consciously manifest the life of your dreams.
 
When you find yourself stuck in a place of fear, frustration or other low vibe emotions because things aren't happening HOW or as fast as you want them too, it's normal for frustration or doubt to come up -- but when those emotions do, it's even harder to make what you want happen. 

Ask yourself, 
 
How can I create more joy in this experience I'm in right now? 

Because you focus on FEELING good in the now, manifestation becomes an easy process. 

Start with focusing on the good feeling emotions and watch the magic happen.
