Do you ever forget how powerful your self talk is?Â
Â
Our whole experience of there world starts in our minds.Â
Â
It starts by how we are thinking and perceiving the world around us, including how we view ourselves
The way we feel ourselves is based on the belief system weâve been evolving throughout our life time.
Every situation that youâve experienced has added to your story of how you view and feel about yourself.
In turn, the way you feel about yourself will lead to the actions you take daily, yearly and eventually to create your life.
Â
Many common beliefs are âIâm not good enoughâ âI canât do thatâ âitâs not worth it to tryâ âIâll never be able to do thatâ âIâm worried about failingâÂ
But the truth is, those are just subconscious stories that have been going on for a long time.Â
A lot of the time our conscious minds are trying to help us feel better --Â but our subconscious mind & old beliefs come back and try to tear us downÂ

I think too often we doubt our potential. âŁ
âŁ
We hold ourselves back from we could really be capable of. â¨â¨âŁ
âŁ
Why? Its because weâre afraid to fail or, even sometimes afraid to succeed. Our potential feels big, overwhelming and scary. âŁ

âŁ
But if we keep doing what weâve always done, we never grow, we never expand and we donât step into what we could be. âŁ

Look back at our world history, if someone didnât do something different and question the way things are, we wouldn...
How often do you hold yourself back from doing something because youâre worried about what the outcome may be?
You tell yourself these stories in your head "it's probably going to go like this, this will happen, I'll end up here and then everything will fall apart" "Why even try?"Â
Â
We all have this little devil that sits on our shoulder and tells us âyouâre not good enough/ smart enough/ pretty enough/ good enoughâ to do that thing youâve been dreaming of doing... A lot of the time, unfortunately we may end up listening to it. The small side of us that wants us to stay small and play small. To stay in safety, security and familiarity.Â
In this place of âcomfortâ... But actually, youâre uncomfortable being "comfortable". Because you know youâre made for more, that there are things you want to do, and dream of doingâŚ
But whatâs stopping you?
Itâs your inner critic, your bully brain.Â
Your brain is wired to tell you to âstay safe, stay in the cave, weâre ok here - I know this and ...
