We are all manifestors; we all have the power to create our lives. You're doing it right now and you've been doing it your whole life.
 
You've created your whole entire life exisitence up into this point, everything you see around you is a part of your creation. We are constantly creating our lives, intentionally or unintentionally.

The Secret about Self Talk

Do you ever forget how powerful your self talk is? 

 

Our whole experience of there world starts in our minds. 

 

It starts by how we are thinking and perceiving the world around us, including how we view ourselves
The way we feel ourselves is based on the belief system we’ve been evolving throughout our life time.


Every situation that you’ve experienced has added to your story of how you view and feel about yourself.


In turn, the way you feel about yourself will lead to the actions you take daily, yearly and eventually to create your life.

 

Many common beliefs are “I’m not good enough” “I can’t do that” “it’s not worth it to try” “I’ll never be able to do that” “I’m worried about failing” 


But the truth is, those are just subconscious stories that have been going on for a long time. 

A lot of the time our conscious minds are trying to help us feel better -- but our subconscious mind & old beliefs come back and try to tear us down

Your thoughts create your life

We all have this amazing power, to create whatever we want. 

As humans, we have this superpower of imagination. We can visualize, feel and imagine ourselves being somewhere or feeling something that we currently are not. 

You could, imagine yourself right now.. Walking into your kitchen, opening up your fridge door and noticing a big juicy yellow lemon. Then grabbing that lemon you pull out your knife and cutting board, to then slice the lemon into wedges. Next, you take a bite of the lemon and feel the lemon juices squirting into your mouth. 

My question to you is, did your tastebuds react?

See, your brain doesn't know the difference between your imagination and reality. Which is why, at times you can feel the same emotion from an old experience over and over again, even if its not happening. 

All it knows is feeling. Our thoughts create our feelings. On a sensory level we are able to experience whatever is going on in our minds and imagination.

You're made for growth

I think too often we doubt our potential. ⁣

We hold ourselves back from we could really be capable of. 

⁣

Why? Its because we’re afraid to fail or, even sometimes afraid to succeed. Our potential feels big, overwhelming and scary. ⁣



The reason many people don’t take a step towards change, is because it equates to the unknown. Your brain wants predictable, it wants to be good. It wants to know what’s next. ⁣

But — doing something different, requires you have to step outside the box, outside of your comfort zone and what is “safe and familiar”. 

⁣

Unfortunately, it’s the last thing your brain want to do. Your brain wants to tell you “stay safe, stay in the cave. Keep doing what you’ve always done. Because I know how” 

It’s why we thrive on routine.

But if we keep doing what we’ve always done, we never grow, we never expand and we don’t step into what we could be. ⁣

Take one step

Have you ever had the thought "I can't do that because _____" ?

You have the goal, you have the big dream and you WANT to get out there and do something about… But, maybe your mind keeps telling you that you can't do it because you've never done it before. You'll fail trying. You'll do it wrong and everyone will laugh at you.. 

This isn't such a bad thing. You could actually look at that excuse as an opportunity. Because your mind is looking for all the things that could go wrong -- which is giving you the answer to what is standing in your way of making it happen. 

Now, you know what the worst case scenario is, can you handle it? YES. 

Truthfully -- what's the worst that can happen? If you do fail? You'll learn, you'll grow and you'll get up and try again. 
 
Think of learning something new like learning how to walk, you probably fell down more than 100 times before you finally did it. But if you didn't take the first step, you never would have mastered the art of walking.

You're already uncomfortable

How often do you hold yourself back from doing something because you’re worried about what the outcome may be?

You tell yourself these stories in your head "it's probably going to go like this, this will happen, I'll end up here and then everything will fall apart" "Why even try?" 

 

We all have this little devil that sits on our shoulder and tells us “you’re not good enough/ smart enough/ pretty enough/ good enough” to do that thing you’ve been dreaming of doing... A lot of the time, unfortunately we may end up listening to it. The small side of us that wants us to stay small and play small. To stay in safety, security and familiarity. 

In this place of “comfort”... But actually, you’re uncomfortable being "comfortable". Because you know you’re made for more, that there are things you want to do, and dream of doing…

Limiting yourself?

Self Limiting Beliefs.  
Our whole reality is based on our beliefs and perceptions, not entirely facts. Most ideas come from experiences, beliefs and opinions. So often, that sometimes we may view opinions and judgements as facts. But, we’re all having our own experience of the world so how do we know what’s the difference between the truth, and opinion? 
 
FACT VS. OPINION
What makes it Fact?
A fact would be considered something that is measurable or that has always been true.
Ie, 1+1=2. That is a fact, by science and mathematical laws of our Universe. 
 
What makes it an opinion?

Somebody’s view, or personal map of the world that isn’t based off of a fact.
Ie, Kids need to grow up with a Mom and a Dad.
That may be somebody’s opinion, but that doesn’t make it true for everyone. 

We create stories.

Negative Self Talk

One of the biggest struggles I used to have was being in a constant battle with my mind. I found myself beating myself up internally. I had a stream of negative thoughts coming through and I felt as though I had no control over them. Which lead to me always feeling like I was low confidence, low on energy, low on ambition and like I couldn't get anything done. 

The thread of thoughts that went through my head was doing the opposite of helping me feel any better...

I used to be the jealous girlfriend... The girl who felt insecure around other women and being too shy to speak her mind about it. ⁣

It had nothing to do with those people - but everything to do with how I felt about myself....I didn’t realize it at the time but I was settling into situations that made me feel low vibe & bad about myself. I was holding MY OWN SELF back because I felt unworthy. ⁣I felt like I didn't deserve better and I didn't know what to do about it. I kept myself settling in "good enough" because I didn't feel as though I deserved any better.
